I Have a Problem (And I'm Happy About It)
Because I'm going to solve my problem and turn it into an ebook
One of the best ways to create a product is to solve a problem.
Even better is when you can solve a problem you have and document the process. That’s what I did with my Medium Money book, and it’s done very well for me so far:
With Medium Money, my problem was not making enough money to buy a slice of pizza.
But once I figured out some things, my account began to grow, and I started making much better (and steadier) income from the platform.
All I did was solve my own problem, and then write out what I did and turn it into a book.
It’s so simple!
So yesterday, when I stumbled on a new problem, I was excited!

I just finished 75 Hard, and I’m looking for something new to try. My husband and son mentioned they wanted to try a carnivorish diet.
I said, “You know what? I’ll try it too!” (And my daughter’s coming along for the ride…)
We decided on a mostly animal-based diet that will consist of:
Meat, dairy, eggs, honey, fruit, real maple syrup, a few nuts, seasonings, soy sauce or coconut aminos, and a few veggies like garlic and onions for flavor
We’ll do this M-F
Saturday dinners will be relaxed because we like to go out or order takeout
Sunday we have Italian lunch feasts with my in-laws, so that will be a totally free day
I’ll also be counting calories because I still want to stay on target with that.
I like the idea of this diet because it isn’t super strict, but I think we’ll see some benefits of eating mostly animal-based throughout the week.
It’s an experiment, so we’ll have to see!
So here’s my problem…
I went to YouTube to see if I could figure out what people eat and if they have any interesting meals.
I typed in:
“Animal-based meals for families”
And nothing that came up satisfied me.
I got a lot of buff body-builder-type dudes who showed their “what I eat in a day” videos.
They were somewhat helpful, but not quite what I was looking for. I don’t need to know how to make steak for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I need some variety for my picky family.
Enter…
ChatGPT!
My favorite use for ChatGPT is recipes.
I love that you can be very specific with it.
It gave me 5 recipes to start, and I also asked for one more using cod.
I’ll try some of these recipes next week and play around with ChatGPT to get even better results.
As I try the recipes, if they’re good enough, I’ll add them to an ebook.
My product will be an ebook using the best animal-based recipes ChatGPT gives me.
This is going to be so much fun!
As a reminder, my paid subs will get any ebook I create for free.
I’ll keep you posted on my progress with this one, and the other books I’m working on.

Hi Christina,
Your title solved a problem for me. Thanks!
I was dealing with an aggravating financial situation over the last few hours and was upset. Then I saw your title and it broke me out of my emotional state. Why would I be happy if my problem hasn't been solved yet?
Because in order to have a problem/challenge. we need to be ALIVE and that certainly changed my perspective. And the more positive we are then the easier it can be to find solutions.
Have a great weekend or like I like to say, Happy FriSatSu!
