Regarding weight loss, I think the book "Metabolism Reset Diet" from Alan Christianson could help you. Possibly your liver has some issues and his tips could help!

I swear we have parallel lives! My parents fought about money because my dad was a gambler. I've worked through a lot of those money emotions. I also lost not 1, but 2, high paying jobs through layoffs. I do believe I manifested them both because I want to ✍️. I'm going to read this book!!

You'll have to let me know what you think of the book. It's so fascinating how our minds stop us from reaching the next level because it's out of our comfort zone...

I found for me since we all have comfort zones, is to make mine about living outside my comfort zone as my new comfort zone. So it was consistently going beyond what I would normally do in just about everything from Extreme Parasailing to walking across the island of Cebu, Philippines and now building a One Person Billion Dollar Publishing business with the help of AI. I am challenged every day in almost everything I do. Sometimes my head feels like its going to explode. haha. But the next morning I feel fine and ready to push the boundaries again. I have to be careful when I take a needed rest and relaxation that I am not tempted to drift into a new status quo comfort zone. So far, so good.

I love this, Christina!

I actually overcame a similar problem by signing up for a $10K mindset coach. I was so nervous the entire time—I can’t even describe how uncomfortable it was! I’m not saying everyone should go that route, but it really opened my eyes to how much of it was my own mindset that kept me broke for nearly 40 years.

The mind is so powerful (in good and bad ways)! I would love to sign up for one of those coaches at some point. There are a couple on YouTube I listen to.

Was it you in your workshop who said you got coached by Jen Sincero? I was thinking about the story in one of her books where she talks about getting super expensive coaching and putting it on her credit card. But it totally changed her life around.

Yes, Christina! I love Jen! I spent huge amounts on coaching purely because I was just in such a mess. I have some more coming up that I am super excited about. Jen however was my go to and Bob Proctor back when he was still alive :(. I have a whole story about it in my book. When I say to people that you can literally quantum leap into a whole new life in as little as 30 days, I’m not joking. I did it so many times in the last 3 years. Each time, it was a coach who helped me get over my fears and massive amount of doubts. And yes, it cost money, often money that I didn’t have (maybe one day I’ll write a book on the manifestation tricks I used to make it happen ), but it was worth every penny.

p.s. I would love that book on manifesting the ways to make your coaching possible. :)

I love Bob Proctor! I wish I could have seen him when he was alive. I still watch his YouTube videos often. I 100% believe we can quantum leap into a whole new life with the right frame of mind. Most of us are just too afraid (or comfortable) to try it. I'm reading a book now called 10x is Easier Than 2x which is all about this concept.

That’s sound great, Christina. I have to check it out.
