Very well said. Education system staff go so under appreciated, and I'm forever thankful for the educators in my life that have helped shape me today. Our daughter had her open house last night, and I couldn't help but observe how all of the staff seemed as nervous as the incoming students, even those with many years under their belt.
There has definitely been a shift over the years, and teachers are getting more and more frazzled. With that said, there are still incredibly good teachers out there, and I’m sure your daughter will have a great year!

I wish for this, too. Teaching is hard, especially nowadays. I watch the teachers and assistants in the classrooms and can’t help but be grateful. ❤️
