I'm confused about what Benable is. Is it intended to show up when people Google "books about container gardening", or do you embed it in a post about container gardening, to make affiliate sales easy?
I use it as a place to link to. For instance, you can’t use Amazon affiliate links in emails. (Substack strips them out.) So, I can link to my Benable instead.
That's a good question, and I'm not sure. I know it's against Amazon's policy to add affiliate links to emails, and that's why Substack takes them out. At least, that's the lates I've heard about it.

Does SS do that just for Amazon or all affiliate links? I'm just starting to figure this aspect of SS and Medium this month.

You might want to check if SS still does that - Amazon started allowing affiliate links in emails a few months ago. https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/help/operating/policies#Associates%20Program%20Participation%20Requirements (Scroll down to #4, about emails and SMS)
You know, I think I heard about that a while ago. I'll look into it. Thanks!
I love how simple you’ve made the process feel, especially with the added tip about using keywords for SEO.
I also believe it’s smart to focus on consistency, building out lists over time, and keeping them diverse.
Yup, perfectly stated. Consistency + diversity does well at Benable.
How much did you earn so far on Benable?
Not a lot, but it’s kicked off some Amazon sales for me again. It’s easy (and fun) to set up, so I don’t see a downside.
